All fees are quoted in € Euros (EUR) are inclusive of Estonian VAT.
Early Bird Registrations must be paid in full by 4 May 2025 in order to receive the discounted rate.

Sponsoring Society Member Rate
To be eligible for the IEEE Sponsor Society Member Registration rates, registrants must be an active member of IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS).
IEEE Member Rate
To be eligible for the IEEE Member rate, registrants must be an active member of IEEE.
Non-Member Rates
A non-member is defined as a delegate attending IEEE ICDCM 2025 who is neither a member of the IEEE nor a full-time student.
Student Rate
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognized tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full-time to qualify for the discounted rate and will be required to upload a copy of their student identification. Student fee does not include paper registration.

DISCLAIMER
All best efforts will be made to present the programme as published on the Conference website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the event, for any cause beyond it's reasonable control. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does nt cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

POLICIES

Conference Policies
Each Author Registration is valid for 1 paper submission of 6 pages length. Additional and over length papers are subject to extra fees. Please note that all delegates registered as members will be checked against the IEEE membership database. Those who are not members will be contacted and required to pay the additional fee for a non-member registration. If this is not paid your registration may be cancelled with an administrative fee of 50% the original item deducted.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by May 9, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of 50% the original item deducted from each refund. Refunds for cancellations received after May 9, 2025 (23:59 CET) will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Any cancellations due to visa requests being denied will be refunded based on the cancellation terms above.
All refund requests must be made via email to icdcm2025@taltech.ee

Substitution Policy
All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address icdcm2025@taltech.ee no later than May 9, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of EUR €100 deducted from each substitution.

Data Processing Consent

Publicon, LLC will be managing this event and will be storing the data you enter on this form, on their registration platform, which is subject to strict guidelines in terms of security and accessibility. We will keep your data for the purposes of managing your event attendance and will not retain the data any longer than is reasonably necessary to manage this. If you choose online payment (payment by credit card), you will be directed to the website of the online payment service provider Everypay and the invoice will be sent to you automatically after successful payment. For the payment you will need credit card with you and you need to insert the data from the credit card to make a successful payment. We do not send out separate receipts for the payment, the confirmation from Everypay and invoice are the proof of the payment.

If you select payment by bank transfer, the PDF invoice will be automatically sent to you via e-mail together with the confirmation letter and you can then pay by bank transfer or forward the invoice to your organisation for payment.
